Our weekend training centres have a high emphasis on fun and engagement with the key focus of our players falling in love with the game. Whether starting your football journey with our Soccer Tots classes or getting your football fix with our Saturday Soccer class, we hope to provide exciting, structured classes each and every Saturday.​

 

Our Soccer Tot classes has the aim and philosophy to give core fundamental skills for the game.  Coaches will aim to give players an excellent foundation of technical skill with ball mastery drills, shooting exercises and a mixture of opposed an unopposed practises and small sided games. Our players will learn social skills, gain confidence and learn how to interact ​with their peers and coaches.

Saturday Soccer was introduced in 2019 with a goal of providing classes for players who are without a team. Our Saturday Soccer class all revolves around fun with plenty of challenges and games to enjoy but we also have a focus on developing these players and helping them to improve as footballer and person is vital for us.  At the end of each month we provide a matchday experience for our players to enjoy. Our Saturday Soccer class is open to all players of all abilities in school years 1 -7.​

We also will be providing an invite only Pre Academy training centre which will provide a pathway into our EDC Football Club teams, players identified will be enrolled into a twice a week programme which will provide a comprehensive training plan and provide fixtures for them to participate in. We have extremely limited spaces within our teams and players will be invited to join from our training centres.

All of our training centres work with certificates of achievements and players can receive individual certificates for being Ambitious, Inspiring, Together or Fair, or by showing excellent Skill or being the Player of the Day!
