- We take photographs and videos of the children participating in our courses, to which you have consented as part of the application and booking process;
- We collect all relevant medical information on all children and develop a understanding of the requirements of the children.

To process the booking of the course that you have made either online or by slip

To notify you about changes to any course we are running or other aspects of our service.
Any photographs and/or videos of the children participating in our courses will be used solely for the production of promotional, including websites, multimedia productions, course leaflets, prospectuses, and advertisements.
