ELITE DEVELOPMENT COACHING (ED COACHING LTD)
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All members of Elite Development Coaching (ED Coaching LTD) are subject to the following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of a place(s) on all Elite Development Coaching courses or events made by you (each a "course"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any course.
Please note that, by booking a place on a course, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all members and non-member participants in relation to training, matches & events organised by Elite Development Coaching.
The term “you” refers to players/parents/carers/guardians and can be singular or plural.
GENERAL
We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the service that we provide to you. We acknowledge that you may receive written and verbal information from our coaching or administration team which shall also be incorporated into these terms and conditions.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of Elite Development Coaching or changes to Elite Development Coaching which we consider appropriate.
We will give you reasonable notice in advance of implementing such changes. Where the changes are significant, we will email you with the new details. The changes will apply to your membership from the date on which we notify you of such changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
BOOKINGS
To book a place on a course, you must be:
(a) Legally capable of entering binding contracts and at least 18 years old; or
(b) A parent or guardian booking on behalf of a child.
You can book for any number of courses considering the participant meets the age requirements for those courses.
All bookings are taken on a first come first served basis and full payment is required with booking, unless otherwise stated.
Once your booking is complete, a confirmation page will load on your screen informing you that you have a space on the course. You will receive your booking confirmation by email, please ensure you provide a valid email address when booking.
If the confirmation screen does not load or you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us immediately to confirm that your booking has been received. If you do not receive confirmation, it is unlikely that your booking has been successful so, please contact us to avoid disappointment.
We reserve the right to stop accepting bookings at any time or can cancel at any time.
Information relating to a booking will not be disclosed to anyone other than the adult who has directly made the booking. Where the course is held in conjunction with a third party, for example a school, we may share information in accordance with our privacy policy.
MEMBERSHIPS
Monthly memberships for our training have no long term commitments and can be cancelled at anytime with your first payment being an advanced payment. Your monthly payment is divided over the year with a minimum of 38 sessions taking place.
No evening or weekend training takes place in the school holidays and all members receive 15% discount off all our holiday clubs.
Memberships continue over the summer with all members receiving a coupon to book a holiday club as part of their training.
Payments are collected on a monthly over a recurring 12 month period. Your monthly membership is the responsibility of the customer to update their payment information.

Without written confirmation we are unable to accept liability for any future payments that may be taken. (Please see Cancellations)
HOLIDAY CLUBS
Holiday Club bookings are non transferable unless given prior notice which is accepted by the Directors of ED Coaching LTD.
All Holiday Club bookings are non refundable and bookings can only be transferred to a course within the school year before they become void.
No refunds or credits are available for non attendance.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
After School Club lessons are to be made in half or full term payments with all lessons being held at the school.
Every effort is made for sessions to go ahead unless there are extreme weather conditions. Therefore, please ensure the participant has the appropriate clothing for the lesson.
In extreme weather conditions we may run classroom activities or use the school’s indoor areas.
If the school cancels an after school club there will be no refunds available.
If we cancel a lesson, then a coupon of the lesson value will be given to all attendees.
There will be no refunds or coupons for non-attendance.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Birthday Party payments are required in full within 48 hours of making the booking.
All parties once booked are non-refundable and if you wish to cancel you need to inform us with 14 days notice so we can transfer to a later date.
With any adverse weather conditions, we will try our best to accommodate an indoor venue for your party, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Birthday Parties are booked in agreement with a minimum of 6 children and a maximum number which you wish to book for and is agreed on.
PRIVATE TRAINING
Private lessons are booked and organised in a block of training sessions.
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy with all bookings cancelled within this time being charged at the full rate.
COUPONS
Coupons being used cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons and are valid to one per customer.
All coupons must be used within a set date or prior to the clubs starting.
ED Coaching LTD has the right to cancel or charge the full amount for any misused coupons.
PARENT OBSERVATION
Parents and guardians will only be permitted to enter the course venue to register their child at the start of the course and to collect their child at the end of the course.
Parents may be able to stay and watch but this will be at the discretion of the coaches and should be discussed with the course leader.
Parents if able to stay must stay must stand away from the training area and we ask if you do not stand with the coaches during the course.
Parents must not coach at anytime from the sidelines in training or matches.
REFUND POLICY
We do not issue refunds unless we cancel a course (please see Cancellations).
In the event of an injury where three or more sessions are missed or going to be missed, we will issue you with a Credit Note which can be redeemed against any future course for up to a period of 12 months. A medical certificate may be required, and you will need to contact us prior to or during the course to inform us. Failure to do so may result in a credit coupon not being issued.
We do not issue credit coupons for sessions missed due to illness (including Covid) unless the period of absence is three or more sessions.
CANCELLATIONS
All courses, activities and venues are subject to change according to weather, programming, and a satisfactory level of numbers. We may cancel any courses and/or change any information given, should this be necessary for any reason. If we must cancel a course (or individual sessions within a course) we will offer an alternative course (if available and suitable), provide a session online or coupon equal to the value of the cancelled sessions.
Bookings for all services cannot be frozen or transferred unless there are mid/long term medical reasons and/or at the discretion of the Director of Operations.
Your monthly memberships are the responsibility of the customer to cancel and without written confirmation we are unable to accept liability for any future payments that may be taken.
All bookings are to be attended, no refunds will be issued for non attendance.
In extreme weather conditions ED Coaching LTD reserve the right to cancel training at short notice to ensure the safety of the players and coaches. An alternative session will be laid on a later date to compensate.
We will inform of cancelled training sessions via emails, so it is vitally important you have up to date contact details.
MEDICAL
You must ensure that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities and accordingly, you accept all risks resulting from participation in the course.
It is imperative that you inform us of any medical conditions that may affect the participant whilst attending the course. We may require additional information depending on the medical information supplied to us by you before we can accept your booking.
It is imperative that you inform us of any medication that the participant child requires during a session/course. A medication consent form is required for all medication and you can complete it HERE.
If the participant needs medical attention during any course, then, subject to any written notice (which notice we must have received prior to the commencement of the relevant course) from a parent or guardian to the contrary, you agree to us arranging for any appropriate and necessary treatment.
BULLYING
We treat as a priority the safety and well-being of all children attending our courses and training sessions. We reserve the right to remove from a course any person who is found to be engaged in offensive activity, the bullying of others, disruptive behaviour or for any other reason where we consider a person’s behaviour is detrimental to the interests or safety of the persons attending a course.
If you are removed from a course for any of these reasons, you will not be refunded any fees already paid by you in connection with that course.

LIABILITY
Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence. ED Coaching LTD nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise): (i) any loss, damage or injury to any participant or to any property belonging to any participant in relation to the course, resulting from any cause whatsoever; (ii) for any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever; and/or (iii) any losses arising from any cancellation, postponement or rearrangement of a course including but not being limited to any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel/accommodation costs.
The cost of any damage caused by you or any participant you have booked on the course to any property or facilities will be passed on to you.
ED Coaching LTD will not be responsible for any items lost or left behind at any of our courses nor will we be responsible for returning any said items.
Please ensure when leaving a course or lesson you check you have all items of property with you.
We hold all lost property from all training sessions for 4 weeks.
SAFEGUARDING
All children, young people and vulnerable adults have the right to participate, enjoy and develop through sport, in a safe and inclusive environment.
All children, young people and vulnerable adults have a right to be treated with dignity and protected from abuse, violence, neglect, and exploitation regardless of their age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief.
The welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults is, and must always be, the paramount consideration.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
Your consent for photography is collected during the booking progress. If you wish to change your preferences, please email us at info@elitedevelopmentcoaching.co.uk
We will not use photography, filming, or images of your child without consent.
We do not allow any cameras, telephone images, video or other filming or recording equipment on courses by anyone other than the designated photographers and accordingly neither you nor the participant may record or attempt to photograph or record (whether permanently or transiently) or transmit moving images or voices of anyone at the course.
All designated photographers hold an enhanced DBS.
DATA PROTECTION
We will hold your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. We will retain your details given to us electronically or on paper and we will use your data for registration purposes and to send you emails with news or of deals and promotions.
We will not share your data with any third party unless in conjunction with an after school club where the school may require your information.
COMPLAINTS
We aim to give our customers the highest standard of service possible in all areas and aims to have few or no complaints about any aspects of its activity. However, where complaints do arise, we will ensure that they are resolved promptly and fairly.
ED Coaching LTD will do its utmost to resolve any dissatisfaction through managers or staff addressing any complaint or grievance at the time of the event. If this is not possible, a complaint should always be made by phone, email, or letter to the relevant manager of the relevant department.

ABSENCE
We ask that you let us know via email or phone at info@elitedevelopmentcoaching.co.uk / 07585229692 as soon as you know your son/daughter will not be attending a session.
All sessions are pre-planned with a full complement of players in mind.
OUR RESPONSBILITY TO YOU
We shall not be responsible for any failure by us to perform our obligations to you in relation to your membership where this failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
DECLARATION
I am aware of and understand the potential risks associated with physical exercise and my child is voluntarily partaking in these activities with knowledge thereof.
The player registration has been completed to the best of my knowledge and belief.
I understand that if there is a change in player medical condition at all, I must inform Elite Development coaching immediately.
Without prejudice to the above, ED Coaching LTD accepts no liability for loss or damage of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising caused to me or suffered by me whilst on the premises, UNLESS such loss or liability is caused by the negligent act of the Elite Development Coaching.
I understand that ALL monthly fees are non-refundable. I acknowledge membership is ongoing from the date of joining and expires only on cancellation. I accept that I must give a full calendar month notice of cancellation. All members who wish to cancel their membership must do so in writing to Elite Development Coaching. Failure to do so will result in the claiming of another direct debit payment.
I have read, understand, and accept the rules, terms and conditions laid down by the Elite Development Coaching and agree to abide by them. I understand that the Elite Development Coaching may from time to time make changes without prior notice.
